Orders placed before 2:00pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2:00pm or on weekends will be dispatched the next working day.
All orders are packed securely using card-safe packaging materials designed to protect your items in transit. We use rigid mailers and bubble wrap for all orders containing card accessories.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@kollector.co.uk and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have the right to return any item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@kollector.co.uk. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund including postage.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days of us receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
